COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Please note that customers may experience longer than normal shipping times due to COVID-19. Some international packages are seeing delays as long as 3 months. Please keep this in mind when ordering and thank you for your patience!

Note for UK, EU, & DE Customers

Due to changes in VAT I am no longer shipping to the UK from this storefront. However, UK customers have the option of purchasing in stock items only from my Etsy @ ursanovastore.

Shipping is still available for EU customers, but please be advised that I will not be charging VAT and you will be responsible for any charges incurred on the arrival of your order.

Due to new packaging laws being implemented in Germany, I will no longer be able to ship to Germany starting July 1st, 2022.
